You'll be part of a team of Community Engagement Co-ordinators in the portfolio, and work closely with the Ranger team and Visitor Experience team, alongside property staff and volunteers. You'll need to have strong organisational skills to prioritise and deliver work across these two properties, and a positive and open communication style to engage and work with a broad range of people - community members, partners, NT colleagues and volunteers.You'll be part of a Duty Management rota. You'll be responsible on the day for the smooth running of the property during opening hours, acting as the main contact point for staff, volunteers, and customers in case of emergency, enquiry or complaint.
