As a Material Controller you will be responsible for the readiness of material in line with the System of Work. You will be required to be the interface between the integrated project/working team, planning function, material supplies/sources and material delivery. Represent the supply chain function in meetings and provide updates on material status and issues (internal and external supply). To take appropriate actions and expedite to support of the project demands, key milestones and objectives. Produce KPI's and reports to satisfy business requirements, stating material readiness for specific materials within the appropriate time-frame. Ensuring that material issues are resolved in a timely manner, kept up to date or escalated where appropriate. prepare and collate data to support departmental reports. Promote quality and contribute to the LFE process and liaise with the continuous improvement team throughout the material readiness/delivery phase. Be a principal contact for a designated area and continuously provide a clear understanding of the material status and expediting priorities to ensure deadlines are met. Preferable Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering related subject. SAP Ability to identify and resolve issues in assigned areas of responsibility Stakeholder management Previous experience in a supply chain role/ knowledge of the supply chain processes Skilled in Microsoft office Highly motivated and driven to deliver departmental and business targets.
