Our client, a well-established and reputable care provider, is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to join their nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting and leading a team within a care home environment.
Working closely with the Home Manager, the Clinical Lead will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care, governance, and compliance. The successful candidate will help ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care while supporting and guiding the wider nursing and care team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Home Manager in overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
Lead, support, and mentor nurses and care staff within the home.
Ensure residents care needs are assessed, planned, and delivered to the highest standard.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements including safeguarding, clinical governance, and care audits.
Promote best practice in nursing and ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Contribute to clinical decision-making and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
Skills & Experience
Strong clinical skillset with the confidence to lead and support a nursing team.
Previous management experience or experience leading a small team.
Ability to make sound clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
Passion for promoting high standards of nursing practice.
Experience mentoring, training, or supporting colleagues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC regulations, and compliance.
Education & Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Relevant post-registration clinical experience. xsngvjr
