Were hiring a Project Manager to lead full project execution of VRF Air Conditioning Installation projects across End User and Main Contractor sites. From sales handover to final completion, youll ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of VRF HVAC projects, including financials, scheduling, logistics, and site coordination.
2. Act as the primary contact for all Johnson Controls project activities.
3. Oversee procurement, warehousing, and subcontractor management.
4. Coordinate material deliveries and manage customs compliance.
5. Maintain high Health & Safety standards across all sites.
6. Provide technical oversight on HVAC system delivery and integration.
7. Attend project meetings, track progress, and ensure regulatory compliance.
8. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
9. Set performance expectations for direct and subcontract labour teams.
10. Support O&M documentation and a smooth project handover.
