The Role
Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons aligned with curriculum requirements and learning objectives.
Teach mathematical concepts clearly, building secure understanding across varying levels of prior attainment.
Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners with differing abilities and learning styles.
Support the development of mathematical reasoning, fluency, and problem-solving.
Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and help students achieve strong outcomes.
Contribute to a safe and structured classroom environment that encourages participation and academic curiosity.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience teaching Maths at the appropriate key stages.
Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach across multiple attainment levels.
Effective communication and classroom management skills.
A commitment to inclusive teaching and raising student achievement.
Strong organisational skills and a reflective, proactive teaching approach.
