Overview
Retail Business Analyst - Initial 6 month contract - Hybrid with occasional travel to offices in central Lincoln - Day rate up to £500 per day inside IR35 - Previous experience within the retail/FMCG sector is required to be considered suitable - Planned start date - July 2026
A successful retail business is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join them during a busy period of transformation.
This role will be responsible for;
Responsibilities
* In depth business analysis (as is/to be) of retail processes and transformation projects
* Identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and process mapping
* Requirements gathering
* Internal/external stakeholder management
* Project documentation
Qualifications
* Proven BA experience covering the retail/FMCG sector and processes (and/or POS, Inventory Management, Supply Chain etc.).
* Ability to visit Lincoln offices as required
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - Agile/Waterfall understanding
* Ability to map and detail processes
