Red Sky Personnel is representing a leading main contractor delivering a major, high-profile infrastructure project in Birmingham. Due to ongoing project requirements, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Structures) to support the delivery of complex substructure and superstructure packages on a large-scale programme.
This role will support the Structures Senior Project Manager and Construction Lead, coordinating planning, design validation, procurement, and construction activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, sustainability, and collaboration.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing defined packages of substructure and structural works, ensuring delivery in line with the Contractors Management Plan, programme milestones, commercial targets, and client expectations. The role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work closely with client representatives and supply chain partners.
