Role Summary: Sales Director

🎯 Purpose of the Role
This is a senior strategic leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profit maximisation. The Sales Director will lead the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation through to closure and retention while owning high-value relationships and representing the business in key markets.
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle sales efforts including tenders, negotiations, and closures.
* Build high-value strategic merchant and partner relationships.
* Drive market visibility through events, meetings, and partnership activity.
* Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and elevate brand profile.
* Deliver against ambitious growth targets and improve ROI.
* Use CRM (Zendesk Sell) and data analytics tools to manage pipeline and performance.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
* Senior B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
* Proven track record of scaling revenue and enterprise client base.
* Deep understanding of PSPs, ISVs, and APMs.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
* Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
* UK driving license and willingness to travel, including occasional international.
