Project Administrator
Contract: Essex Highways

Ringway Jacobs is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our Structures team as a Project Administrator based in Chelmsford.
In this role, you will support the Structures Project Management Team in the successful delivery of infrastructure schemes, helping to ensure projects are implemented efficiently while maintaining strong financial and budgetary control across the programme of works.
The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, which will be key when preparing public communications, coordinating internally with colleagues and stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of high-quality projects for our clients and communities.
The Role
1. Assist the Project Management team with the delivery of structures task orders.
2. Assist with the resource schedule and team workload.
3. Assist in the control of project resource costings.
4. Update project programmes.
5. Assist the Project Management Team to ensure the relevant KPIs are met though monitoring and reporting.
About You
6. Ideally hold either Foundation APM or equivalent qualification, or reasonable experience in an Administrative role with an understanding of Project Management.
7. A reasonable level of administration experience or similar.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to prioritise own work to support business priorities. Manages own performance and seeks feedback to improve where identified.
10. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally and externally.
