Senior Service Advisor – Bedford - Basic Salary - £35,000 - OTE - £40,000 (uncapped) - Great Benefits Package
Responsibilities
* Assist the Aftersales Manager with the running of the Service Department
* Allocate customers to the Service Advisors on a daily basis to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality
* Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in a polite, professional and timely manner
* Allocate Collection & Deliveries to the drivers
* Work alongside the Aftersales Manager to deliver the departmental budgets
* Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
* Essential Requirements: 2 years Senior Service Advisor / Service Reception Supervisor Experience with a Franchised Dealership
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Desirable Requirements: Kerridge or Pinnacle experience

Basic Salary up to £35,000
On Target Earnings up to £40,000 (uncapped)
