As Meetings and Events Operations Manager, you are responsible for working alongside the General Manager and Sales team to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch, checking that your team have completed their allocated tasks to enable our guests to have an outstanding time. This is a fast-paced role where you will need to think on your feet and solve problems before they happen so we need a proactive and confident individual. Not only that but delivering a seamless conference & meeting experience also needs to be in your make up.

Responsibilities
As Meetings and Events Operations Manager, you will work alongside the General Manager and Sales team to ensure events run smoothly, supervising your team and verifying that allocated tasks are completed to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will need to be proactive in problem solving and maintain a high level of service throughout conferences and meetings.
