Hours: 37hpw, between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:00-13:00 Friday
Salary: up to £28,868 pa DOE
Are you a tech-savvy organiser with a passion for customer service and digital systems? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Central Support Administrator to join our Aftermarket team in Warwick.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and develop the Dennis Eagle Used website
* Deliver online training and presales support for DE-Connect and Terberg Connect software
* Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate product development with customers
* Support general admin tasks including expenses, pool car allocation, and stationery orders
* Provide telephone support and contribute to project work within the Technical Support group
What You’ll Bring
* Business or IT qualification (A-level or NVQ Level 3 equivalent)
* Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation
* Experience in customer service and website administration
* Confidence in presenting software and data to audiences
* Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* A keen interest in new technologies and willingness to travel across the UK
