You'll use up-to-date, proven methods to help each learner understand and apply what they've learned with confidence. Our apprenticeship programme combines hands-on experience with classroom learning, and your skills will help learners put theory into practice in real work settings.\n\nDeliver high-quality training to learners and clients.\nCreate and maintain Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) with clear, tailored learning paths.\nReview and assess workplace evidence to ensure it meets qualification requirements.\nAdapt teaching methods to meet each learner's needs.\nKeep accurate records of attendance and training hours for audit purposes.\nHelp plan, track, and meet performance targets.\nOrganise and support additional training, including in-house sessions and day-release programs.\nRecord learner progress to meet the standards set by awarding bodies.\nTravel to learner's workplaces within your region to carry out assessments.\n\nRequirements:\n\nLevel 5 Coaching and Mentoring Qualification or equivalent\n A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent is preferred\n Proven occupational complete and experience in Coaching & Mentoring\n Experience in an apprenticeship setting.\n Full driving license and access to a vehicle.\n Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.\n Welsh speaking is desirable.\n\nApply online or call Hannah on (phone number removed)\n\n#CFFJP
