Job Overview
We are growing and looking to welcome an Office Star into our Family run business, offering 16 hours a week which could be reviewed as business needs dictate.
Hours are expected to be between 9.30am and 2.30pm four to five days a week.
With previous administration experience, you'll be organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt and grow alongside us.
Full training will be given
Responsibilities
* Manage job bookings and fulfill our customers needs to complete the job administratively
* Greet visitors to the office and attend to their needs
* Responding to email enquiries in a professional manner
* Answering calls professionally and deal with enquiries
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
* Perform electronic and paper filing
* Adhoc admin duties as required
Skills
* Proficiency in Word and Excel
* Able to use Google mail and calendar
* Learn to use customer portals to input data
* Strong computer skills with a high level of computer literacy
* Familiarity with office management practices and procedures
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
