Location: North Bristol - Own Transport Needed - Due to location. Free parking available.
Temp with Blue Arrow: £17 per hour (paid weekly)
Permanent Salary: £28,000 per annum = £16.85/hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (30-minute unpaid break) / 32 hours

We're on the lookout for a practical, passionate chef who's confident running service, mentoring junior staff, and making the kitchen tick.
You'll be the engine behind the day-to-day operation, working closely with a supportive Catering Manager who handles the admin side - so you can focus on what you do best.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead the Charge - Steer the team through every service with clear direction and calm under pressure.
* Get Stuck In - This isn't a clipboard role - you'll be right there, prepping, cooking, and keeping standards high.
* Set the Bar - Maintain top-tier food quality, hygiene, and health & safety practices.
* Own the Ops - You'll lead the kitchen, while the Catering Manager takes care of the rest.
* Inspire & Delegate - Motivate your team and foster a supportive, can-do atmosphere.
* Tech-Savvy Chef - Stock control and ordering are all digital - you'll need to be confident online.
