The successful candidate will be based at their head offices in Marlborough and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient and complaint operation of all offices, site facilities, and retail premises. The role is vital in maintaining a safe, well-organised working environment by managing building maintenance, office services, and ensuring adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Finance & Business Services, you responsibilities will include: Managing daily operational needs of all facilities. Negotiating, coordinating, and overseeing all external service contracts. Conducting routine site and safety inspections to ensure full compliance. Coordinating and directing building maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment projects. Serving as the primary contact for all external parties, including landlords, suppliers, and contractors. Taking ownership of compliance documents. Monitoring expenditure and managing the facilities budget to ensure cost efficiency.
