The team collaborates daily with clients, internal teams, liquidity providers, exchanges, and vendors to resolve issues across FX and Digital Asset Prime Brokerage. Typical BAU responsibilities include trade and position reconciliations, facilitating asset and collateral movements, payments, margin calls, and ensuring compliance with operational, risk, and regulatory controls. Applicants should have a strong operations background and hands-on experience with digital assets, ideally from a crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or trading firm. Candidates with a mix of TradFi and DeFi will be at a big advantage Given the firm's technical focus, those applying must have some degree of coding skills in either SQL or Python to enhance process efficiency and automation.
