Client Services Manager / Operations

We’re working with a fast-growing creative agency, looking to hire an Operations Manager to support the next phase of their growth.
This is a highly varied role where you’ll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with senior leadership to ensure the agency runs smoothly as it continues to scale.
The position blends operations, project management, internal process improvement, technology coordination and office operations ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and making things happen behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing
• Supporting operational improvement projects across the agency
• Helping implement new processes, systems and ways of working
• Acting as the internal point of contact with external IT and tech providers
• Supporting client compliance and audit preparation
• Managing operational logistics within the office environment
• Project managing internal initiatives including technology rollouts and workspace improvements
What we’re looking for
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment (creative, marketing, media, digital etc.)
• Around 4+ years in operations, project management, or coordination roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously
