Job Description
3. Providing financial support and analysis for strategic decision making.
4. Liaising with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
5. Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
6. Participating in financial planning and budgeting processes.
7. Identifying financial risks and opportunities within the organisation.
8. Assisting in the implementation of financial systems and processes.
9. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
10. Partnering with business units to drive financial performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Planning & Business Partner should have:
11. Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA, QBE may be considered.
12. Proven experience in financial planning and business partnering.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
15. Power BI experience is a plus.
16. Strong systems experience, including creating customised reports within FPA reporting tools (oracle and Hyperion preferred).
17. A thorough understanding of financial regulations and standards.
