We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Technology & Innovation to lead the tech strategy across live events, venues, and internal operations. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring our technology infrastructure and innovation projects scale with their ambitious growth.
Technology & Innovation Projects
Lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives including forecasting tools, real-time sales dashboards and AI-driven data analytics.
Pro-actively drive forward new event technology such as frictionless bars and beer walls
Build business cases and ROI models for new technology projects and present to the Board.
Event Technology & EPOS Oversight
Manage Peppermint's fleet of 1000+ EPOS terminals across events and venues.
Oversee hardware lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
Liaise with EPOS and payment providers to ensure seamless transactions and uptime.
Evaluate and implement emerging payment technologies.
What you'll need
Deep understanding of EPOS systems, payment technologies, and hardware deployment.
Proven experience in IT leadership ideally within events, hospitality, or retail.
Strong project management skills and experience managing complex project with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with data analytics platforms and AI applications.
Experience managing outsourced IT providers and internal tech teams.
Salary: £50k p/a (negotiable) + benefits
Full Time Role, Hybrid, 3 days a week based at head office in London
