Role Overview: As an RE Teacher, you will have the opportunity to facilitate meaningful discussions and foster a deeper understanding of religious and moral perspectives among students. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that encourage critical thinking, empathy, and respect for different worldviews. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver dynamic RE lessons that cover a range of religious traditions, ethical dilemmas, and contemporary issues.
* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring their own beliefs and perspectives.
* Encourage respectful dialogue and reflection on the similarities and differences between religious and non-religious worldviews.
* Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources, including texts, artefacts, multimedia materials, and experiential learning activities.
* Assess students' understanding and progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
