The Role
You’ll be the engine behind bids - producing detailed, reliable and commercially robust estimates across a range of construction, maintenance and refurbishment projects. Expect variety, pace and the autonomy to shape how you will price, plan and win work.
You will:
* Analyse drawings, specs and project documents to build accurate cost models
* Prepare labour, materials and subcontractor breakdowns
* Engage suppliers to secure competitive, reliable quotations
* Support tenders, proposals and client presentations
* Work closely with operations to ensure smooth handover and delivery
* Help refine the pricing strategy as the organisation scales
