The role is wide‑ranging, covering the review, drafting and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements. You will also support acquisition, divestiture and wider M&A activity, as well as contribute to corporate reorganisations, restructurings and liquidations in collaboration with finance and company secretarial teams.
The position is based in London and provides strong long‑term growth prospects, with clear visibility across the legal function and regular interaction with senior stakeholders.
Your profile:
* England & Wales qualified
* 3+ years PQE
* Background in an International law firm advising Energy/Oil & Gas clients, or relevant in‑house experience
