As an IT Technician, you will work closely with the business, colleagues, and remote support teams to implement and maintain infrastructure elements. You will represent the ‘face of IT’ to the Business and thrive in providing world-class service to our customers.

Business Area:
The IT Operation team supports the IT Infrastructure at Amazon sites and provides IT support to our customer base.

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for candidates who:
* Put customers first, providing 1st support to ensure IT equipment and infrastructure perform optimally and meet KPIs and SLAs.
* Own health & safety, ensuring standards and policies are followed.
* Install, maintain, and support IT equipment.
* Manage assets and inventory efficiently.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, communicating technical issues clearly.
* Maximize IT equipment availability through continuous improvement and preventative maintenance.
* Support site and team projects, testing end-user equipment.
* Assist senior engineers as needed.
* Support shift work and flexible hours.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux in a corporate setting.
* Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems.
* Experience with Zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and handheld terminals.
* Network troubleshooting and support experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware, AWS, or similar.
* Experience in a dynamic environment with high customer service standards.
