What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our experienced consultants. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Writing and posting job adverts online
2. Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews
3. Assisting with face-to-face interviews
4. Carrying out reference checks to audit standards
5. Managing candidate records and ensuring compliance
6. Supporting with general admin – reception duties, answering phones/emails etc.
What We’re Looking For:
7. Great organisational and time management skills
8. A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
9. A desire to learn and grow within recruitment
10. Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to break into recruitment and build a meaningful career.
