Role Responsibilities
* Accounts Preparation: Prepare and review accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and LLPs, using software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Kashflow
* Tax Compliance: Handle VAT work, prepare corporate and personal tax computations, and manage associated filings
* Client Advisory: Offer proactive financial advice, build strong client relationships, and support clients with their financial growth
* Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior accountants, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards
* Workflow Management: Maintain deadlines, review work for accuracy, and ensure client deliverables are met effectively

Candidate Requirements
* Qualifications: Fully qualified (ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience in a similar role
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years in an accountancy practice with experience across various business types
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Kashflow
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service
* Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build lasting client relationships and mentor junior staff
