Overview: We are seeking a talented Temporary Customer Order Management Representative to join our Supply Chain Planning team in Huddersfield, UK. This is a 12-month temporary contract, working 35 hours per week in a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, streamlining communication and ensuring a positive experience from order initiation to fulfillment.
2. Ensure On-Time Order Fulfillment: Manage the full order lifecycle, coordinate with distribution centers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines.
3. Resolve Complex Inquiries: Handle challenging customer inquiries with expertise, providing in-depth research and timely solutions aligned with SLAs.
4. Drive Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to export policies, compile documentation, and manage non-conformance claims to comply with regulations.
5. Enhance Data Integrity: Document interactions and orders accurately to improve data quality and transparency across teams.
6. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between customers, manufacturing, and quality teams to facilitate effective communication.
7. Contribute to Process Improvements: Participate in or lead initiatives to improve workflows within Customer Order Management.
8. Support Customer Relationships: Assist with customer visits and prepare reports to strengthen relationships and promote loyalty.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Some experience in customer order management, account management, or supply chain is required. Knowledge of export controls and sanctions regulations may be necessary.
Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; strong customer service orientation; adaptability; organizational and time management skills.
Additional Requirements:
Completion of a Standard Background Check, including identity verification, employment and education history, and criminal record check. An aviation declaration form must also be submitted.
