What skills and experience we're looking for
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience of leading or contributing to EYFS provision
* Strong knowledge of early years curriculum, assessment and child development
* A track record of improving teaching and learning outcomes
* Ability to lead, inspire and develop staff
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Commitment to continuous professional development
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
