About the role:
As a Nights Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring parcels are handled with precision, operational targets are met, and safety and quality standards are top-notch. You'll lead a fantastic team, inspiring them to deliver excellence every day while driving performance and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.

💰 Salary: £15.00 per hour
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational targets.
* Ensure warehouse processes for efficient parcel handling, sorting and scanning are followed.
* Train and develop new team members, helping them achieve and maintain performance standards.
* Support the Supervisors and Shift Managers by identifying and escalating challenges and problem solving to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
* Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, upholding both company policies and health & safety standards.
What we need from you:
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Understanding of / familiarity working in a warehousing or logistics environment.
* Team Leading or supervisory experience desirable.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable to support Warehouse Operatives with physical parcel handling activities when needed.
* A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
* Right to work in the UK
