* Reward Strategy: Design and lead global compensation and pay-for-performance strategies.
* Payroll Oversight: Manage multi-country outsourced payroll and ensure smooth operations.
* Performance & Budget Cycles: Own the annual compensation cycles
* Benefits Harmonisation
* Data & Insights: Deliver clear, strategic dashboards and reporting for reward and payroll metrics.
