Salary: £750 – £1,250 per week
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-time

About the Role:
As a SEND Teacher, you’ll deliver high quality, personalised teaching within a structured, nurturing environment that enables students with complex needs to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll work within one of five specialist pathways – Inspire, Explore, Nurture, Discover, or Thrive – each with its own bespoke curriculum and learning approach. This is a role for a teacher who understands that progress looks different for every student, and who has the creativity and resilience to meet them where they are.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – experience in a SEND or specialist school setting is highly desirable
2. A deep commitment to inclusive, needs-led teaching and personalised learning
3. Patient, creative, and resilient with high expectations for every student
4. Confident working across a range of complex need profiles and learning styles
5. Strong collaborative skills – comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary team
6. Newly Qualified Teachers with a passion for SEND are warmly encouraged to apply
To Be Eligible You Must:
7. Hold Right to Work in the UK
8. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
9. Have an enhanced DBS certificate already on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
10. Provide two professional references from child-related roles
11. Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
