Oystercatcher is a contemporary bar and restaurant with comfortable accommodation that enjoys an enviable outlook over Polzeath Beach and the sea, both inside and across its spectacular al‑fresco space.
You will work at a scenic pub popular with families, couples and surfers looking for a delicious bite after a day on the waves or exploring Cornwall’s dramatic north coast.
Responsibilities
As a versatile Sous Chef you will work alongside a talented kitchen team, support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, ensure correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will use the flexibility enabled by our menu‑writing processes to adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
