Corporate Banking supports clients, large local companies, financial institutions, and multinationals in non-UK markets. You will support and contribute to the growth of relationship-managed portfolios across UK Corporate Banking. Working closely with Bankers and Associate Bankers to enhance customer satisfaction and advocacy. Proactively utilizing support functions to help us become the ‘go-to’ bank.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:

* Knowledge of business/personal customer solutions
* Understanding of credit risk processes and policy

This role is based in Sheffield.

Purpose of the role:
To support Relationship Directors and managers in growing their portfolios and enhancing the client experience by striving for excellence.
Accountabilities:
* Strengthen controls collaboratively with Relationship Directors to proactively manage risk
* Manage relationships with Product and Group Partners, delivering products and services aligned with client needs
* Support Relationship Managers/Directors with client contact strategies, reviews, and account plans
* Ensure high service levels to clients, promoting self-serve and digital tools
* Participate in training to develop banking, financial analysis, and relationship skills
* Maintain industry knowledge relevant to the portfolio
