The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional recent graduate to join our founder directly and learn how to build and scale a world-class digital marketing operation. You'll master every aspect of our marketing before specializing – think Big Four consulting or top-tier law firm training, but in high-growth digital marketing.
You'll learn directly from:

What You'll Master
Launch Campaign Management:
• Email sequence setup and optimization across multiple segments
• Social media campaign coordination across all platforms
• Live event planning and execution
• Paid advertising campaign management and optimization
Strategic Marketing Operations:
• YouTube content promotion and distribution strategy
• Lead generation system optimization
• Conversion rate optimization across all customer touchpoints
• Marketing analytics and performance reporting
Business Development:
• Customer journey mapping and improvement
• Market research and competitive analysis
• Brand positioning and messaging refinement
• Cross-functional project management
The Generalist-to-Specialist Path:
Like elite consulting or legal training, you'll rotate through every marketing function before choosing your specialization. Whether that's paid advertising, content strategy, conversion optimization, or marketing operations – you'll have deep knowledge of how everything connects.
Your Growth Trajectory
• Year 1: Master all core marketing functions, lead 2-3 major launches
• Year 2-3: Marketing Manager role, own strategic initiatives, mentor new team members
• Year 3-5: Director of Marketing opportunity, lead department expansion
Who You Are
Essential Qualities:
• Recent masters graduate in Marketing or related field from Queen's, Ulster, or equivalent
• If you don't have a masters but have exceptional experience we'd still like to hear from you but you'll have to prove outstanding dedication to your craft
• Detail-oriented systems thinker who thrives on process improvement
• Self-directed learning machine who solves problems independently
• Obsessed with continuous improvement and optimization
