Queens Park Rangers FC Academy are looking for a number of Chartered Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists to support our Academy squads and our Development Centres. The roles will include match day cover, training cover, and may involve daytime and evening clinics, national and international tournaments. These positions are casual and would suit enthusiastic Chartered Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists who wish to gain experience in an elite sports environment. As these are causal roles, flexibility is essential, with the ability to work weekday evenings (5.00pm – 8.00pm), and a minimum of two weekend shifts per month (8.30am – 1.00pm) on a rota basis. About The Candidate ESSENTIAL • Physiotherapists need to be CSP and HCPC members • Excellent communication, team working and organisational skills • Up to date first aid qualification, at FA EFAiF or ITTMiF level (or willingness to complete) • Interest in paediatrics • Have means of transport to get to away venues if transport is not provided • FA Safeguarding Qualification (or in the process of completing) DESIRABLE • Experience in sports injury management, including youth sport • NHS / Private practice experience About The Club If you are keen to be part of a forward-thinking department within an ambitious Club, then please submit an application via EFL iRecruit.
