The candidate must have experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years’ experience surveying and installing fire-stopping * Competent with Fire Door regulations * Customer orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations. * Good attention to detail and a person who can prioritise and manage their time effectively. * Someone with a passion to continue to learn and develop themselves and their skills. * An individual with the desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards. * Experience with reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works * Competence in a range of tasks from surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly * Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works * Auditing works experience and signing off compliance in accordance with FIRAS accreditation. * Willingness to spend a mixture of time onsite or in one of our office location - IG7 * As a growing team, we are looking for someone who can build and develop a team around them, training staff to complete a range of Passive Fire Woks under their supervision.
