As AI & Digital Enablement Specialist, you will provide the technical enablement, platform management, and workflow automation that powers the organisation’s AI‑driven creative and digital marketing capabilities. You’ll help build the tools, systems, and guardrails that allow teams to move faster, stay on brand, and deliver high‑quality campaigns at scale.
This is a hands‑on, creative‑technology role for someone who loves blending AI, automation, and digital production to unlock new levels of speed, quality, and consistency.
What you’ll lead
You will own and operate the platforms, workflows, and integrations that enable AI‑powered content and digital marketing, including:
* Digital marketing automation (A/B testing, conversion optimisation, personalisation)
* Platform integration across AI, creative, and martech tools
* Technical enablement for digital growth and AI‑driven design
* Security & governance alignment for all AI and digital marketing tools
Your immediate priority will be building and operating an AI‑powered creative production tool that scales campaign output, improves brand consistency, and reduces manual effort across the full marketing funnel.
What you bring
Expertise
* Deep understanding of creative operations, content workflows, and automation
* Strong knowledge of GenAI tools for content and design, including prompt engineering and brand tuning
* Excellent judgement on tone, messaging, and creative quality
* Workflow design capability, ideally with low‑code automation or tool‑chain integration
* Understanding of personalisation methods and content architecture
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Experience in creative operations, content production, or digital content systems
* Hands‑on experience with GenAI tools for copy, design, and asset creation
* Understanding of brand systems, templates, tone‑of‑voice frameworks
* Strong stakeholder management across Brand, Marketing, Sales, and IT
* Experience improving delivery speed, consistency, and throughput using automation or AI
* Background in studio, creative ops, or campaign production environments
