We are looking for a Director of Sales to join an international luxury hotel company, based in London.
They are looking for candidates who can bring their strong network of luxury leisure business along with some corporate transient knowledge. You will need to be able to understand luxury and have great communication and stakeholder management skills.
This is an entrepreneurial environment where your ability to be curious will be an advantage. Furthermore, you will be leading a team of 3 direct reports.

The Role of the Director of Sales
Responsible of sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
Works closely with the Hotel Managers to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Implements sales activities according to action plan to achieve budgeted goals
Review market analysis, determine client needs, occupancy potential for the hotels, rates desired etc.
Foster a co-operative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximum team morale and productivity
