Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to individuals with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of individuals.
* Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
* Monitor and record vital signs and changes in health condition.
* Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage in social activities.
* Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the care environment.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with other care staff and family members.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a care or support role of 3-6 months.
* A caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A willingness to undergo relevant training and development.
* An enhanced Access NI check will be required (company will support this).
* Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines in a care setting.
* NISCC registration or willingness to apply.
