Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Daily Duties
* Lead the creation of detailed technical information, including construction drawings, specifications, and comprehensive design packages
* Produce coordinated Revit models and BIM documentation, using tools such as NBS Chorus
* Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure well‑integrated and buildable technical solutions
* Contribute throughout the RIBA Work Stages, from early concept to contract administration
* Apply procurement knowledge - across both traditional and design & build routes - to support project delivery strategies
* Ensure projects meet building regulations, contractual obligations, and all relevant technical standards
* Mentor junior team members, manage resources, and delegate tasks effectively
Ideal Candidate
* Significant post‑qualification experience, ideally with a track record of leading technical aspects of projects
* Strong Revit capability and solid BIM experience (NBS Chorus experience advantageous)
* Excellent construction and technical knowledge, with strong detailing and buildability expertise
* Experience across both traditional and design & build procurement methods
* Commercially aware, confident in client‑facing situations, and able to build long‑term relationships
* Proven ability to collaborate, delegate, motivate colleagues, and manage a small technical team
* Familiarity with multiple RIBA Work Stages
* Thorough understanding of building regulations, technical compliance, and contractual frameworks
