Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed working drawing packages across project stages
* Coordinate design information to ensure consistency and compliance
* Advise on building regulations and environmental requirements
* Support material selection based on performance and compliance
* Liaise with consultants and statutory bodies to resolve technical issues
* Prepare documentation for planning and building regulations submissions
Required Skills and Experience
* Relevant qualification in architectural technology or similar
* At least 2 years post-qualification experience in a UK practice
* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
* Experience producing and coordinating technical drawing packages
* Good knowledge of UK building regulations and construction standards
* Ability to manage workload independently and work within a team
