Engage with Finance, Payroll, Billing, and Credit Control stakeholders to resolve issues. Troubleshoot and resolve common issues using documented processes and knowledge bases. Document, triage, and escalate issues when necessary. Job Requirements: Experience in service delivery within a technology environment. Strong customer service skills and a user-centric approach. Ability to execute tasks with precision and adherence to process. Understanding of finance processes including payroll and billing systems.
