Are you looking to develop your finance career in a fast-paced and rapidly growing FMCG business? We're working with an exciting brand that is expanding its finance function and seeking a proactive Assistant Accountant to support their Financial Controller.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA, who is eager to gain broad exposure across transactional finance, bank reconciliations, and FX processing in a collaborative and close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices and payments.
* Posting receipts and managing bank entries.
* Daily bank reconciliations and direct debit reconciliations.
* Assisting with credit control and FX contract posting.
* Supporting month-end activities and ad hoc tasks.
What We're Looking For:
* AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA.
* Solid Excel skills and a good grasp of double-entry principles.
* Exposure to Sage (preferred, not essential).
* A strong team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
