Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year Requirements:

* Experience with Retail SAP S4/HANA and POS Retail Store systems
* Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms, CRM, email marketing, and loyalty platforms
* Understanding of Master Data Management through Retail & Ecommerce systems & PIM

Responsibilities:
* Act as the strategic IT Business Partner for Retail & eCommerce operations
* Align technology initiatives with business priorities
* Drive continuous improvement across the customer journey
* Own the D2C Applications landscape across Retail & Digital channels
* Lead cross-functional planning and stakeholder engagement
* Manage vendors and coordinate with international IT teams
* Support and optimise IT Systems across Retail & eCommerce operations
* Shape and govern the IT demand pipeline aligned with business strategy
* Prioritise initiatives and influence investment planning
* Facilitate governance forums with senior stakeholders
* Build trusted partnerships across Retail, Digital, Supply Chain, and Finance
* Translate business strategy into technology capability roadmaps
* Lead workshops to identify improvement and innovation opportunities
* Drive Automation, Integration, and Process simplification
* Own end-to-end D2C Application landscape
* Develop Capability Roadmaps aligned to Enterprise Architecture
* Identify opportunities leveraging AI, Automation, and Analytics
* Oversee Incident Management and root cause resolution
* Ensure vendor performance and SLA delivery
