Overview
We're partnering with an outstanding Secondary school in Chatham, Kent to find an exceptional Geography Teacher to join their high-achieving department. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to contribute to a supportive and enriching learning environment. This role is available as either a full-time or part-time position for an ASAP/April Start.
Responsibilities
As a Geography Teacher, you will:
* Inspire a love of learning: Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that ignite a passion for Geography in KS3 and KS4 students.
* Foster problem-solving skills: Guide students to develop critical thinking and analytical abilities through challenging and rewarding activities.
* Champion individual growth: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, providing personalized support and guidance to help each student reach their full potential.
* Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, develop innovative teaching strategies, and contribute to the ongoing success of the Geography department.
Qualifications

* Essential qualities: a passion for Geography, dedication to student development, and ability to work effectively within a team.
* Demonstrated track record of success in teaching Geography at KS3–KS4 (as applicable).
