As a carer with MSH, your role is to help people live independently at home. This can include assisting with personal care, medication reminders, companionship, and conversation. You can make a positive difference in someone’s day.

Prior experience is welcome but not required.
What you need to know:
* Each client is unique, with individual needs, and your care will be tailored accordingly.
* Your responsibilities may include personal care, medication administration, shopping calls, and companionship.
* Set shift patterns with alternate weekends off.
*Please note: We do not currently offer sponsorship licenses.*
What we need from you:
* Caring, empathetic, flexible, and respectful attitude.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
* Must have a driving license.
* You must be 18 years or older.
* Starting hourly rate of £12.50, with client uplifts from £0.50 to £4.50.
* Flexible rota schedule with permanent contracts and guaranteed hours.
* Travel time paid at NMW between visits.
* Refer a Friend bonus.
* Full, nurse-led training provided — no experience needed.
