Procurement Lead – Faults and Maintenance
The Procurement Lead role is to lead and deliver the end-to-end procurement of ESP’s future Faults & Maintenance contracts, ensuring a robust, compliant and commercially effective tender process aligned to the agreed F&M strategy and mobilisation timetable
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end to end tender planning, governance, timetable and risk management
* Support development of the procurement strategy in line with the F&M operating model and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate internal stakeholders to produce a high-quality tender pack (specification, SLAs, commercial model and draft contracts)
* Manage market engagement and run the external tender process, including ITT issue, clarifications and evaluation
* Design and manage a robust evaluation and moderation process with a clear audit trail (technical, commercial, H&S and compliance)
* Support preferred bidder selection, internal approvals and contracting
* Act as the single point of accountability for procurement delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved to plan
Person Specification

* Proven experience leading complex, UK-wide service procurements
* Strong stakeholder management and governance capability
* Sound understanding of commercial contracting and risk management
* Able to operate at pace in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment
This role is a Fixed Term Contract running until the end of 2026. It will be based onsite in our Leatherhead, Surrey office.
