We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Minibus Assistant to support the safe and reliable transport of pupils at our Bridgnorth Education Centre. This role involves working closely with the driver to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of children and young people during their journeys to and from the education centre, events, and activities.
The pupils you will be supporting may have learning difficulties, additional needs, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, so a calm, patient, and reassuring presence is essential. You will assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle, help maintain a positive and secure atmosphere, and ensure pupils are seated safely with their belongings stowed appropriately.
