We're looking for a Sales Manager. The job We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts as we grow beyond our home base. We’ve built a strong presence in the Netherlands, and now we’re bringing Homerun to the UK This is an exciting moment for us - and for you - to help shape our next chapter. You’ll be building something new while continuing to learn from and empower the experienced team that’s already in place. You’ll manage a small but mighty team while owning your own pipeline, and bringing Homerun’s friendly and human approach to even more teams along the way! ✔️ Lead and coach a small but mighty Sales and Partner team. ✔️ Launch and grow our UK market - build strategy, partnerships, and early traction. ✔️ Drive performance across both the UK and NL, learning and scaling what works ✔️ Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to close ✔️ Collaborate closely with the CEO, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success ✔️ Build solid foundations: sales playbooks, processes, and enablement tools ✔️ Forecast, report, and share insights with the leadership team. You ✨ Proven success in B2B SaaS sales - ideally in HR tech, recruitment, or related software ✨ Experience leading and developing sales teams or acting as a player-coach ✨ Entrepreneurial energy - excited to launch and grow a new market. ✨ Strength in go-to-market strategy, pipeline management, and CRM reporting ✨ Collaborative, structured, and hands-on - equally comfortable in the details and the big picture ✨ Comfortable with ongoing travel throughout the UK and to the Netherlands.
