– Full Time – Permanent. £25,500 – £28,000 DOE.
37.5 Hours Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.30pm
A well known retail outlet based in Atherton is looking for an experienced Accounts and Payroll Assistant to join their team. This is a great time to join an expanding business! You will be working within a small team in the main office assisting with Accounts and Payroll duties for three sites.
Duties
1. Monthly preparation and processing of Payroll
2. Processing invoices
3. Supplier payments
4. Bank reconciliations
5. Sales and Purchase ledger
6. Preparing HR documents
7. Formatting and inputting barcodes into the EPOS system
8. Weekly sales reporting
9. Answering the phones
10. General admin duties
To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role and have a working knowledge of SAGE Payroll as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
